PAGANISM - CHRISTMAS

Jeremiah 10 (KJV)
3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.

Straight Out of The Bible

The Bible being ripped off and  others taking credit by quoting it instead of sharing it.

Matthew 16 (KJV) 26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Proverbs 16 (KJV) 16 How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!

Ecclesiastes 4 (KJV)

1 So I returned, and considered all the oppressions that are done under the sun: and behold the tears of such as were oppressed, and they had no comforter; and on the side of their oppressors there was power; but they had no comforter.
2 Wherefore I praised the dead which are already dead more than the living which are yet alive.
3 Yea, better is he than both they, which hath not yet been, who hath not seen the evil work that is done under the sun.

4 Again, I considered all travail (agony, stress, struggle, suffering), and every right work, that for this a man is envied  (despised) of his neighbour. This is also vanity (arrogance, self-admiration, narcissism) and vexation (abuse, harassment) of spirit.

5 The fool foldeth his hands together, and eateth his own flesh.
6 Better is an handful with quietness, than both the hands full with travail (agony, stress, struggle, suffering) and vexation  (abuse, harassment) of spirit.

9 Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
11 Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?
12 And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

13 Better is a poor and a wise child than an old and foolish king, who will no more be admonished (scolded, reprimand, warned, checked, counseled).
14 For out of prison he cometh to reign; whereas also he that is born in his kingdom becometh poor.

Quietness

Ecclesiastes 9 (KJV)
17 The words of wise men are heard in quiet more than the cry of him that ruleth among fools.

Proverbs 17 (KJV)
17 Better is a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, than an house full of sacrifices with strife (fighting, disagreements).

1 Chronicles 22 (KJV)

9 Behold, a son shall be born to thee, who shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies round about: for his name shall be Solomon, and I will give peace and quietness unto Israel in his days.
10 He shall build an house for my name; and he shall be my son, and I will be his father; and I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel for ever.
11 Now, my son, the Lord be with thee; and prosper thou, and build the house of the Lord thy God, as he hath said of thee.

12 Only the Lord give thee wisdom and understanding, and give thee charge concerning Israel, that thou mayest keep the law of the Lord thy God.
13 Then shalt thou prosper, if thou takest heed to fulfil the statutes and judgments which the Lord charged Moses with concerning Israel: be strong, and of good courage; dread not, nor be dismayed (frightened, alarmed).

1 Chronicles 4 (KJV)

40 And they found fat pasture and good, and the land was wide, and quiet, and peaceable; for they of Ham had dwelt there of old.

Feeling Spiritually Zapped, What to Do (Part 2)

Romans 8 (KJV)
31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.
34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession (mediation, negotiation, the action of intervening on behalf of another.) for us.

35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation (agony), or distress, or persecution (oppression, mistreatment), or famine, or nakedness, or peril (danger, threat), or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

Feeling Spiritually Zapped, What to Do (Part 1)

Let us overcome.  We will succeed in dealing with our problems and / or difficulties.  We will not be conquered!

Here are a few scriptures to help us overcome. Help us to be UNMOVED and UNSHAKABLE.  ~ Karmen

17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

Ephesians 1(KJV)
15 Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints,
16 Cease (terminate) not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;
17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation (discovery) in the knowledge of him:
18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened (aware); that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
20 Which he wrought (fashioned) in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
21 Far above all principality (empire, dynasty, kingdom), and power, and might, and dominion (control, rule) , and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

John 16 (KJV)
32 Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.
33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation (oppression, persecution) : but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Exodus 32 (KJV)
18 And he said, It is not the voice of them that shout for mastery (faultlessness), neither is it the voice of them that cry for being overcome: but the noise of them that sing do I hear.

Romans 12 (KJV)
21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

1 John 2 (KJV)
12 I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake.
13 I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.
14 I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.

Revelation 3 (KJV)
5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment (clothes); and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

Psalm 94 (KJV)

1 O Lord God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself.
2 Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render (provide) a reward to the proud.

3 Lord, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
4 How long shall they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity (wickedness) boast themselves?
5 They break in pieces thy people, O Lord, and afflict thine heritage.
6 They slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless.
7 Yet they say, The Lord shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard it.

8 Understand, ye brutish (beasts) among the people: and ye fools, when will ye be wise?
9 He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see?
10 He that chastiseth (disciplines) the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, shall not he know?
11 The Lord knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity (arrogant).

12 Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest (disciplines), O Lord, and teachest him out of thy law;
13 That thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity (disaster), until the pit be digged for the wicked.
14 For the Lord will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance.
15 But judgment shall return unto righteousness: and all the upright in heart shall follow it.

16 Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity (wickedness)?
17 Unless the Lord had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.
18 When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O Lord, held me up.

19 In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.

20 Shall the throne of iniquity (wickedness) have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?
21 They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.

22 But the Lord is my defence; and my God is the rock of my refuge (sanctuary, haven hideaway).
23 And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity (wickedness), and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; yea, the Lord our God shall cut them off.

Isaiah 31 (KJV)

1 Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the Lord!

3 Now the Egyptians are men, and not God; and their horses flesh, and not spirit. When the Lord shall stretch out his hand, both he that helpeth shall fall, and he that is holpen (the one that was helped) shall fall down, and they all shall fail together.

Isaiah 32 (KJV)

1 Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.

2 And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert (secret) from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.
3 And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken (listen attentively).
4 The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers (stuttering) shall be ready to speak plainly.

5 The vile (nasty) person shall be no more called liberal (unrestricted), nor the churl (barbarian) said to be bountiful (handsome).

8 But the liberal (unrestricted)  deviseth liberal (open to new behavior or opinions and willing to discard traditional values.) things; and by liberal (unrestricted) things shall he stand.

17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

18 And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;

Psalm 41 (KJV)

1 Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble.
2 The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.
3 The Lord will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing (sickness): thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.

4 I said, Lord, be merciful unto me: heal my soul; for I have sinned against thee.

5 Mine enemies speak evil of me, When shall he die, and his name perish?

7 All that hate me whisper together against me: against me do they devise my hurt.
8 An evil disease, say they, cleaveth fast unto him: and now that he lieth he shall rise up no more..

Jeremiah 17 (KJV)

5 Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord.
6 For he shall be like the heath (heathland is a shrubland habitat found mainly on free-draining infertile, acidic soils, and is characterised by open, low-growing woody vegetation. Moorland is generally related to high-ground heaths with — especially in the British Isles — a cooler and more damp climate.) in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.

7 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is.
8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
10 I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins (temper), even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

11 As the partridge sitteth on eggs, and hatcheth them not; so he that getteth riches, and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a fool.

14 Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.
