Introvert Living For God, It's Okay

A private life is a happy life.

Micah 6 (KJV)
8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

Psalm 91 (KJV)
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare (net) of the fowler (hunter of birds), and from the noisome (unpleasant) pestilence (a fatal epidemic disease, especially bubonic plague).
4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler (protection).

Matthew 6 (KJV)

6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

2 Corinthians 6 (KJV)
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

Psalm 131 (KJV)
1 Lord, my heart is not haughty (conceited), nor mine eyes lofty (pompous): neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me.
2 Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned (separated) of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned (foster) child.

1 Timothy 2 (KJV)
1 I exhort (strongly encourage) therefore, that, first of all, supplications (earnestly asking), prayers, intercessions (mediating between two parties), and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

Matthew 6 (KJV)
16 Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance (a person's face or facial expression.): for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
17 But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face;
18 That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.

Fasting should be between you and God only. Make sure you keep yourself up during this time. Meaning your face may appear to look a bit off, keep it moisturized and healthy looking. If you have to exfoliate do that. Also, keep your breath fresh. Chew on some parsley, mint, ginger. You can also freshen it with ACV (Bragg's raw). When fasting your body releases toxins which is so beneficial to your body and spirit. During this time your brain cells increase and with that happening you become more in tune with your spirit. You will find yourself leaning more to the Holy Spirit rather than your emotions. Very rewarding! You will see growth and change in your spiritual abilities. ~ Karmen

2 Chronicles 6 (KJV)

1 Then said Solomon, The Lord hath said that he would dwell in the thick darkness.
2 But I have built an house of habitation for thee, and a place for thy dwelling for ever.

7 Now it was in the heart of David my father to build an house for the name of the Lord God of Israel.
8 But the Lord said to David my father, Forasmuch as it was in thine heart to build an house for my name, thou didst well in that it was in thine heart:

14 And said, O Lord God of Israel, there is no God like thee in the heaven, nor in the earth; which keepest covenant, and shewest mercy unto thy servants, that walk before thee with all their hearts:

18 But will God in very deed dwell with men on the earth? behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house which I have built!

29 Then what prayer or what supplication soever shall be made of any man, or of all thy people Israel, when every one shall know his own sore and his own grief, and shall spread forth his hands in this house:
30 Then hear thou from heaven thy dwelling place, and forgive, and render unto every man according unto all his ways, whose heart thou knowest; (for thou only knowest the hearts of the children of men:)
31 That they may fear thee, to walk in thy ways, so long as they live in the land which thou gavest unto our fathers.

32 Moreover concerning the stranger, which is not of thy people Israel, but is come from a far country for thy great name's sake, and thy mighty hand, and thy stretched out arm; if they come and pray in this house;
33 Then hear thou from the heavens, even from thy dwelling place, and do according to all that the stranger calleth to thee for; that all people of the earth may know thy name, and fear thee, as doth thy people Israel, and may know that this house which I have built is called by thy name.

36 If they sin against thee, (for there is no man which sinneth not,) and thou be angry with them, and deliver them over before their enemies, and they carry them away captives unto a land far off or near;
37 Yet if they bethink (think on reflection; come to think.) themselves in the land whither they are carried captive, and turn and pray unto thee in the land of their captivity, saying, We have sinned, we have done amiss (inappropriate, not quite right; inappropriate or out of place.), and have dealt wickedly;

38 If they return to thee with all their heart and with all their soul in the land of their captivity, whither they have carried them captives, and pray toward their land, which thou gavest unto their fathers, and toward the city which thou hast chosen, and toward the house which I have built for thy name:
39 Then hear thou from the heavens, even from thy dwelling place, their prayer and their supplications, and maintain their cause, and forgive thy people which have sinned against thee.

1 Peter 4 (KJV)

1  Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;
2 That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

3 For the time past of our life may suffice (meet requirement of) us to have wrought (finished) the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness (lewd), lusts, excess of wine, revellings (partying), banquetings, and abominable idolatries:
4 Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you:
5 Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.
6 For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.
7 But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.

8 And above all things have fervent (passionate) charity (love) among yourselves: for charity (love) shall cover the multitude of sins.

9 Use hospitality one to another without grudging (holding back).
10 As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards (representative) of the manifold (successive) grace of God.

11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles (messengers) of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

Mark 14 (KJV)

7 For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will ye may do them good: but me ye have not always.

38 Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. The spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is weak.

Matthew 6 (KJV)

1 Take heed that ye do not your alms (charity) before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.
2 Therefore when thou doest thine (charity) alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
3 But when thou doest alms (charity), let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:
4 That thine alms (charity) may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.

Whenever you do any act of kindness, charity or such, do it from your heart. Let it be between you and God. Don't announce what you did or what you are going to do....when you do that you are looking for man's approval. Keep it between you and God. Do it anomalously. ~ Karmen

5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

Practicing righteousness according to the Bible and Catholicism are not the same.  Those who practice Catholicism go into a confessional (closet like small room) to pray to man to ask for forgiveness.  Read what Jesus says about praying to God.

Look carefully at verse 6.  What religion do you know of that has you sit in a closet like room to confess your sins?  The Catholic church.  That act is an abomination to God.  Again, another way the Pharisees to get back at Jesus. The only mediator between us and God is Jesus.  Not Mary (Jesus' mother) nor a Priest (a sinful man like the rest of us). ~ Karmen

9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed (honor as holy) be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

With money, never had too much myself, to get too crazy....I do have debt to pay off , which I keep forgetting to ask God to forgive me for in my prayers.  Please don't forget to ask God to forgive you for your debts...and remember to forgive those who owe you too. ~ Karmen

16 Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance (a person's face or facial expression.): for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
17 But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face;

~ Karmen

19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

You should be able to walk away from all that you own if a catastrophe should happen. Can you do that?  If not, mentally prepare yourself now.  It would be hard for me to walk away from anything that I spent a paycheck on, so I don't make those type of purchases.  Am not speaking on a car or a home, although we will be faced with that in the end times...am talking about modern technology, furniture, things, etc.....No wonder so many of us are in debt.  We live beyond our means (false prosperity) and we are not living the way God instructs us to (basic needs being met) - Basic Needs Timothy 6 (KJV).  ~ Karmen

22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
A lot of us have the gift to see a person's soul through their eyes...whether they are evil or not. ~ Karmen

24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon (money).

Church:  Spiritual Prosperity or Financial Prosperity?  Can't be both.  Choose one or the other.  The latter, you are not serving God. ~ Karmen

25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

28 And why take ye thought for raiment (clothes)? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Seek to please God by continuing to practice righteousness and all your earthly needs such as food, clothes and shelter God will bless you with.  Have faith; Easier said than done, but we can't please God without it. ~ Karmen

34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Christians sin too, why do some believe they do not sin

1 John 1
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

James 5
16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent (having or displaying a passionate intensity.) prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
19 Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; 20 Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.

Matthew 5
27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:
28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

Romans 3
9 What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;
10As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
22Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
23For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
24Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
25Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission (exemption) of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

Romans 4
18Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
19For as by one man's disobedience (Adam) many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
20Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded (exist in large numbers or amounts.) , grace did much more abound (exist in large numbers or amounts.) :
21That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

Disciple of Christ, Conduct Yourself In A Godly Manner

Being a Christian is more than just going to church, praying, repenting, baptizing, preaching, ministering, testifying, quoting scriptures, discipline....Is that all you thought it was to be a Christian?

It is not all about self help or helping others to become Christians.

Sustain...Growth...Off the milk and onto the meat...Christians were persecuted and massacred.

God is depending on his sons and daughters to deliver his people out of Satan's hands.

Many of us walk around as slaves to the world and not to Christ. Zombies!

Read Revelations...it is not a hard book to read...don't let Satan or others try to sway you from reading it...how will you be prepared when this time comes read chapter 13...the chips are already in a lot of dogs and it will be coming to you soon...do not take it, if you do you are damned...

DO YOU REALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT'S GOING ON?

What are some of the things we need to do as Christians?

Matthew 28 (KJV)
18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

A disciple of Christ, practices discipline daily. Not just be "good" on Sundays. We are not promised tomorrow

James 4 (KJV)
13 Now listen, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money."
14 Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.
15 Instead, you ought to say, "If it is the Lord's will, we will live and do this or that."
16 As it is, you boast in your arrogant schemes. All such boasting is evil.
17 So then, if you know the good you ought to do and don't do it, you sin.

No one is promised tomorrow.  No one is promised the next breath.  ~ Karmen

James 5 (KJV)
16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual (successful) fervent (having or displaying a passionate intensity.)prayer of a righteous man availeth (helps) much.

2 Timothy 4 (KJV)

2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove (correct), rebuke (scold, reprimand),
exhort (encourage) with all long suffering (great patience) and doctrine (belief and teachings in the
Holy Bible).

3 For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.
4 They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.

5 But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry.

1 Peter 3  (KJV)
15 But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,

16 keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander.
17 It is better, if it is God's will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.

Please be careful with this one. We can get very defensive when people ask us why we believe in God..Why we are Christians? this and that. Remember to respond with gentleness and respect. ~ Karmen
